My Standards
- I don't use pre-made website templates like many online web design services.
- Every website I build will function in multiple browsers [ not just Internet Explorer ]. I think cross-browser support is extremely important.
- I invest constantly in my design education and knowledge, and will utilize that knowledge as best I can in any design I produce.
- I'm not interested in producing mediocre work; that's not my life's goal.
- I'd like to push the web design envelope with edgier, unique work. However, I am happy to produce more conservative designs. Every situation warrants something unique, and I don't think conservative design is mediocre design.
- I take great pride in the products I produce. For each project, I design from scratch because I enjoy creating visual art and functional user interfaces.
- I create the designs on a project by project basis. I design the user interface and then I write all of the back-end code [ C#, javaScript, PHP, css, etc. ], so I know exactly how the site is built and functions and can easily customize it.
